51z3fZeug2L._SX331_BO1,204,203,200_In the second book of the “Guardians” series Marcus ignores the Sages warrnings and breaks things off things with “Mimi”/Ameana to be with as she says,”the little human”. There love is on an epic journey which is always running into some kind of trouble. One of which is Ameana refuses to give Marcus back his Ra…since angels don’t actually have hearts they use the Ra and when given to someone it is considered a soulmate marriage. The only way to get it back is if both Angels get it together. Funny thing about it is if someone other than the holder of the Ra tries to kiss one of them…they go flying.  It is pretty entertaining how Emmy uses this as a way to cheer up Marcus. Needless to say having to watch the love between Marcus and Emmy starts really changing Ameana. All out makeover including a new…boy toy…as she flirts with danger she moves further from the light.

Surprisingly, an angel falls, the mission is on a knifes edge and another angel is lost… This is truly a heartbreaking book. Again, the narrators do an amazing job to the point of knowing exactly what character they are representing

Follow this epic journey of love, loss, change, drama and heartbreak. Many surprising events!!!

It’s front page news on every Angel gossip rag: “Marcus & Ameana: Gone the Way of Brad & Jennifer”.

So, who is the “Angelina”? Emmy Baxter – a mere mortal!

Ameana tries to avoid her ex and his new love by focusing on the other evil out to destroy the team. But soon her pain turns to fury.

And before the end… a girl plots revenge, a leader is on the edge, and an Angel falls.
