After graduating from medical school, Lee transitioned from clinical practice to health technology assessment, where he spent over 15 years analyzing new medical tests and treatments. This rich professional experience adds depth and authenticity to his storytelling.
Lee’s writing is inspired by a diverse array of literary works, including contemporary and classic thrillers. He has a particular fondness for medical thrillers by Robin Cook and Tess Gerritsen, as well as crime fiction by Michael Connelly and Ian Fleming’s James Bond novels.
