All His Works: On the Eighth Day - a book cover depicting a young woman posing with a hat on her headAll His Works: On the Eighth Day by Ainny Klover is a superb and immersive narrative experience that expertly combines a well written mystery drama short story with a fantastic music score. After every enfolding chapter of this tragic love story between two troubled musicians, the listener is treated with a delightful song, performed with talent and passion by Helly Tree. The songs are produced by Alex Sheremetiev and are a combination of Jazz, Soul and Cabaret Jazz. Even more interesting is the fact that all songs and background music have been written by the author himself.

Three narrators, Chris Sharpes, Derek McEwan and Alex Berry, are involved into breathing life into this fusion of literature and music, with each of them bringing his A-game to the recording booth. The listener will be instantly immersed into Chris Sharpes’s terrific performance, will be swept away by the beautiful voice of our star singer, Helly Tree, while the other two narrators will provide character diversity, which will lead to an even elevated level of immersion.

Ainny Klover did a fantastic job with this original work of entertainment. Helped by superb performances by these extremely talented actors, singer and producer, All His Works: On the Eighth Day is a unique and new way to tell a captivating story that will stay with me for a long time.
