Hello again, dear audiobook friends! Today’s spotlight article is dedicated to Sorcerer’s Creed, the fourth audiobook in the Legends from Qiledara fantasy series by Amy Daniels.
I have listened to the first three audiobooks in this promising fantasy saga over the last few years, and now I’m ready to continue the journey. One of the reasons I enjoy this series is the multiple voiceover actors employed by the author to bring to life the main characters and even some of the secondary characters. I really enjoy this approach, as it gives the different characters their own distinct voices and makes the listening experience even more immersive.
I’m looking forward to checking out this fourth adventure because it is over 21 hours long, but before, let me tell you a little bit about the story. After that, I will introduce you to our author and the distinguished voiceover cast.
Certain that Maidensrest will not come under attack a third time, they focus on strengthening the alliance between their two lands.

Author Amy Daniels earned a B.A. in Music with an emphasis in vocal performance from the Conservatory of Music at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and went on to complete her M.A. in French (literature) with a graduate minor in Medieval Studies from the University of Minnesota.
When she has time, she enjoys singing, composing her own songs and studying foreign languages. She has enjoyed writing her own stories since childhood. Amy looks forward to completing more stories in the future, with children’s books and science fiction novels and the fourth book in the series Legends from Qiledara in progress.
Phillip Nathaniel Freeman’s 30,000+ hours of experience in the fields of music and art include Billboard charting singles, top 10 spots on several charts and playlists, and several viral music video hits with tens of millions of views. Freeman is a recognized voice instructor, studio session singer, and sound engineer with over a decade of full-time experience in the entertainment industry, songwriting credits with multi-platinum artists and producers, and high-profile voice acting clients providing an expert-level value to a variety of clients as well to authors to tell their stories.
Hannah Dere has been a voiceover artist since 2018. Hannah received the Big Book Award for best children’s book narration in 2024. She is currently represented by Big Fish Talent Agency. Her favorite narrations are those that sound completely unscripted, raw, and real. Hannah lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband and daughters.
Zach Brown is voice actor with over 5 years of experience. His voice has been heard in a wide variety of projects ranging from video games, ads, narration, and much more. He loves working with other creative and driven individuals to make something truly special. Voice Acting is his passion and full-time career. He is a graduate of Indiana State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a Minor in Radio/TV/Film Production.
Bobby Gaglini is an accomplished voice actor with thousands of voiceovers under his belt. After working in the voiceover industry in Los Angeles fro nearly ten years Bobby and his wife moved to Maine to be closer to family. In addition to “Shadow of the Dragon,” you may have heard Bobby in commercials for Google, State Farm, and Patagonia, as well as in the audiobooks “Dragon Friend” and “Three Days in Ashford.”
With voiceover experience across several mediums, a genuine feel for when to slow the tempo for dramatic emphasis and when to heighten the tonal delivery for emotional expression, Garan Patrick breathes life into vocal projects. He has a powerful, but calm bass voice with range and resonance, as well as a knack for telling captivating stories and infusing vibrance and personality into texts and ad copy.
Emily Christine has her bachelor’s degree in communication from CSUS in California. She has adapted her natural drive and education into a full-time Voice Over career.
Cory Barton is a voice-over artist with a passion for storytelling with extensive experience in audiobook production as an audio engineer and narrator. Barton previously worked as an on-air personality at Icebreaker Radio and a podcast host for various shows.
