Hello again, dear audiobooks friends. In today’s Spotlight article I invite you to learn everything about Food for Male and Female Sexual Health from the new audiobook Diet for Great Sex by Holistic Nutritional Counselor and licensed acupuncturist Christine DeLozier.
The audiobook is narrated by Carolyn Eve and it’s a little over seven hours and a half in duration. I’m really curious to listen because I definitely think that our food intake is correlated with our sexual well-being.
Now, let’s take a look at the Publisher’s Summary and after that, I will help you make the acquaintance of our author and narrator.
A fun, cheeky, scientific guide to eating for great sex with bonus step-by-step instructions for amazing oral sex! As featured in: Huffington Post, Marie Claire, CBS, Daily Mail, The Sun.
Hot sex, naturally? Sex truly becomes great when our nerves, blood vessels, and hormones operate in synchrony. Luckily, modern research has shown that diet affects this trifecta, and having a great sex life might just be as easy as preparing the right dinner.
In Diet for Great Sex, author Christine DeLozier, L.Ac., explains how the foods we eat can balance hormones, increase blood flow, and strengthen nerve conduction to and from the genitals. Calling upon her years of experience treating sexual health issues and her training as a research scientist, DeLozier walks listeners through the specific foods that will lead to great sex and explains the science of how it works. When our bodies are well-nourished, desire comes naturally, pleasure comes naturally, and orgasm is effortless. Isn’t it time you unlock the secret to eating for sexual pleasure?
Christine DeLozier is a licensed acupuncturist in upstate New York. She specializes in sexual health, treating males, females, and all orientations and identities. Her book has been featured in The Daily Mail, CBS, The Sun (UK), Mel Magazine, and she has offered expert commentary for The Huffington Post, Marie Claire, and Good Housekeeping. Christine recently hosted a Chaturbate live-streamed show, Cooking for Sex.
Christine studied Biology and Psychology at the University of Rochester, where she also trained to be a research scientist. She holds Master’s degrees in Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Counseling. During her education, she studied Chinese dietary therapy and earned a certification as a Holistic Nutritional Counselor.
Always rather obsessed with diet, nutrition, and natural health, Christine’s philosophy is rooted in an evidence-based understanding of the physiological effect of food on the body, while honoring the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine. She treats every patient holistically, as an individual and wishes to use her unique skill set to help others in a kind, loving way.
Narrator Carolyn Jania Eve will appear in the final season of HBO’s “Insecure” and in the new Netflix adult animated show “Carol,” from the producers of Rick and Morty. Previous credits include “Throwing Shade,” “Thank You Come Again,” and “The Slutty Years.”
She is an alum of The Groundlings Sunday Company and co-creator of queer comedy pop duo, Schmab. You can hear her voice on 30+ audiobooks including the upcoming audio drama, “The Void Calls Us Home.” She is an Earphones Award Winner and Audie Nominee for her work on, “Lustily Ever After: The Audiobook Musical.” Also, she is a professionally trained singer, dialect master, and speaks some French.
