Break The Bank, Volume 1 of the Even A Pandemic Can’t Stop Love and Murder Trilogy by Alfred O’Neill, available now as audiobook narrated by Sean Pratt
Hello again, dear audiobooks friends! Today’s spotlight article is dedicated to an extremely promising audio production. Break The Bank, Volume 1 of the Even A Pandemic Can’t Stop Love and Murder Trilogy by professional writer, public speaker, and travel writer Alfred O’Neill, is available now in audiobook format performed by audiobooks industry legend and multiple award-winning narrator Sean Pratt.
With a hefty length time of a little over 12 hours and a half, Even A Pandemic Can’t Stop Love and Murder: Volume 1: Break The Bank, promises to be a timely smartly-written novel set in Southern New Jersey and based on a true story.
Replete with quippy dialog reminiscent of movies from the 1930s and filled with elements of a true story told to the author by his late mobster father, Even A Pandemic Can’t Stop Love and Murder tells the tale of Alby O’Brien who is hiding in southern New Jersey to avoid the wrath of terrorists who are after him. Believing he is safely hidden in his cave-like garage apartment, he supports himself on under-the-table fix-it work while wrestling with nightmares of what happened in Iraq. But his minimal existence is about to end with very dire consequences.
Within the first twenty-four hours of this one-week, fast-paced thriller set three years in the near future, Alby is involved in a major robbery, meets a dancer with a mysterious past, and crosses paths with a psychotically polite killer. Something very valuable has been taken from a mob-run bank and now everyone is after him. Despite his life being on the line, all he can think about is the alluring and volatile dancer. As it all comes to a head, Alby knows his choices are few and his fate could go either way.
Break The Bank is the first in a trilogy series written by Alfred O’Neill, a professional writer, public speaker and travel writer whose childhood was marked by wiretaps, mob dinners, and FBI agents following his father. O’Neill learned to understand the complexities of love, crime, and human behavior that drives right and wrong at a young age and has now turned this experience and insight into a suspenseful and tantalizing story set during one of the most trying and foreboding eras of our lifetime.
O’Neill used this story to show what he believes are the major themes in human behavior: the interplay of light and dark, of love and death, of choices made and lived with. Despite all of his own life’s more challenging lessons, O’Neill knows that love will always win.
The audiobook version of Even A Pandemic Can’t Stop Love and Murder is narrated by Sean Pratt, audiobook narrator for 25 years (aka – Lloyd James), who has recorded over 1,000+ books in almost every genre and has received:
